CESC Ltd conducts weekly interaction meetings for its clients with its Managing Director through Facebook Chat. This effort is aimed at improving the customer friendliness of the company and speedy resolution of customer grievances.
This EDM Design was created by us to popularize this weekly chat and to get the customers to join the chat.
