Since its inception, CESC Limited, a leading electricity producer and distributor of India had followed the practice of sending printed copies of its bills to customers through the post. However, they had recently introduced e-bills and online facilities to improve the customer experience and also save the environment.

They availed of our emailer Design Services to create an email for encouraging their customers to choose the e-bill facility and save the environment.
